Our rental period was over 30-31 March. On 30 Mar there was severe wind and the lifts were closed. As we were unsure whether the bad weather would continue over the next day, we requested to cancel our booking entirely.
The staff were very accommodating to this request, and offered to refund us in full with no questions asked. In the end, we were able to ski on the second day.
