Everyone at Central Sport was really helpful - they stayed open late on the evening of our arrival and were also happy to help us swap over a set of boots halfway through. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Der Herr, der meine Skischuhe angepasst hat, wirkte etwas genervt von dem ganzen Vorgang. Fast so, als ob er diese Arbeit nicht wirklich gerne machte. Trotzdem hat er die Schuhe und Skier gut eingestellt. Alle anderen Angestellten, mit denen ich zu tun hatte, sowohl an der Kasse als auch eine andere Mitarbeiterin, waren freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unfortunately there were no more poles in my size available. I came back three days to check, but nothing was arranged. I had to ski a whole week with poles which were at least 10 cm to tall.

GEORG in your Wengen shop was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. (Much more than some others on the sales team, who seemed tolerant, but not particularly friendly to customers.) Wir haben zwei Mal Depot Ski und Skischuhe gebucht. Gemäss dem Bild im Internet ist dies ein Kasten. Vor Ort haben wir jedoch ein Fach für die Skischuhe und eine Möglichkeit für die Ski getrennt erhalten, da die Kasten bereits ausgebucht waren.
Für mich ist es irreführend, wenn im Internet ein falsches Bild dargestellt wird resp. in der heutigen Zeit ist es kein Problem, dass eine Meldung "ausgebucht" erscheinen sollte.
Fazit: Wir haben nicht dies bekommen, was wir gebucht haben - gemäss Preisliste haben wir aber weniger bezahlt.

La meme personne qui a donné a ma fille des dkis trop grands, quand on est retourné le lendemain, il disait lui-meme que les skis étaient trop grands... il n'y a pas jne approche consistente concermant les mesures des chaussures de skis non plus, l'un qui dit que ca doit etre un numero plus grand, l'autre qui dit Que ca doit etre plus fixe.

Zum ersten Mal war der Depotraum für die gemieteten Skis und Schuhe schon komplett ausgebucht als wir unsere Ausrüstungen mieteten. Das Personal bot uns in einer Ecke im Geschäft selber einen Platz an, an dem wir die Ausrüstungen deponieren konnten. Das war sehr freundlich. vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

Ein grosses Lob insbesondere an den Mitarbeiter im Ettlinger Outlet Talstrasse mit der Brille und den dunkleren Locken - er hat trotz extremem Andrang allen einen exzellenten Service inklusive Sonderwünschen in der bestmöglichen Zeit ermöglicht. Neben einer Gehaltserhöhung hat er sich vor allem verdient, von seinem Arbeitgeber in Zukunft nicht mehr allein gelassen zu werden in der Schicht, wenn doch klar ist, dass Hochsaison ist. Der Typ ist zwar enorm belastbar, aber man muss es nicht übertreiben, einen weiteren Kollegen in der Rush hour darf man schon einteilen!

There were long queues when we picked up the equipment but I guess this is inevitable if everyone wants to collect their equipment at the same time. I think the team in the shop were working as quickly as possible, and were friendly and efficient, I don’t think anything can be done to improve this unfortunately.

The team at Glacier Sport Saas-Fee are super. Great technical knowledge, very friendly and happy to help with equipment changes. Also the location is really convenient as you can ski from the village pistes to the side of the shop. Five stars.
