The two gents who were in the rent station were fantastic as I had issues with the boots causing inflammation in my feet. They knew what the issue was and found a better pair of boots which fitted well and stopped further inflammation. I would recommend them based on how efficient they were.

Ich habe mit der Stornooption meine Langlaufausrüstung für 4 Tagen gemietet. Nun musste ich aufgrund der Wetterbedingungen und habe die Ski nur für 2 Tagen gemietet. Im Sportladen, haben sie mir mitgeteilt, dass die Rückvergütung via Intersport abgewickelt wird. Können Sie mir darüber weitere Informationen geben? Benötigen Sie dazu noch Angaben von mir? Da war ein Check-In beim Eingang. Ich wusste nicht, ob ich ein Check-In machen musste, obwohl ich bereits reserviert hatte. Was heisst Check-In? Das mache ich in einem Hotel nachdem ich reserviert hatte. War also nicht ganz klar. Das ist keine Kritik, sondern einfach nur ein Gedanke. Nachdem ich gefragt hatte, war alles klar.

Ein Stern Abzug bei der Abwicklung vor Ort. Trotz detaillierten Angaben wie Gewicht, Grösse beim Reservierungsprozess musste man Vorort nochmals das ganze Prozedere mündlich beantworten (Empfand das mühsam, dass man zweimal die gleichen Infos geben muss). Bei der Qualität der Skiausrüstung war ich mit den Schuhen nicht zufrieden, diese mussten alle paar Kilometer Langlauf wieder nachgezogen werden. Die Zugbändel waren verbraucht und lösten sich immerwieder und die Griffe der Skistöcke waren ekelhaft klebrig.

Es hat eine ganze Weile gebraucht bis die Reservierung gefunden wurde, trotz dass bereits bezahlt wurde. Erst nachdem eine zweite Mitarbeiterin den Code gescannt hatte wurde die Reservierung gefunden.

Wir haben einen verlorenen Schlitten von der Piste runter gebracht, er lag unten im Loch, er wäre gar nicht ausgeliehen gewesen meinte die Verkäuferin. Das knappe Danke dafür wird uns nicht motivieren nochmals einen Schlitten zu bergen, war ja nicht ganz einfach den runter zu bringen von oben.

I was impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff team delivering the ski hire equipment, particularly at the end of a busy Friday. It was made more entertaining by the Irish chap (and his mates) in-front of us who was 2m12cm tall whose feet were of an similarly proportioned size... Great service, good equipment and excellent staff. Have a pat on the back.

Steve from the Wengen Central Store knows snowboarding really well. He helped me pickup a nice board and binding setup for my riding level. I also like the network style of renting with Intersport. I managed to switch my rental gear from different shops which was super convenient.

Absolutely brilliant shop really friendly team who welcome you back each year - they know exactly what skis you had last year and make recommendations based on on tha and snow conditions - they got me to try and new brand which they had all tried a more all round ski - as the said fabulous a very forgiving ski . As week progressed with no snow and pistes became harder switched to short slalom skis with new sharp edges brilliant. Great ski locker system with heated boot racks bliss and some of the best curated music in the alps. A really top notch friendly highly professional team so much better than any other ski rental shop anywhere in the alps

The ski school recommended me to rent the equipment at the Gondola starting point. The staffs are very friendly. I understand the ski boots are uncomfortable when walking, mine were very uncomfortable. I have 0 experience with ski and ski rental. My ski instructor told me that the pair of ski boots i rented is 50 years old.
