I really want to just thank the entire team, who made our trip really easy and lots of fun. We had three kids and me and Christopher, Ollie, Reuben, Afram, and Tanisha were all fantastic and a real credit to you and the company... my partner came for a few days and she was a beginner too, and the team once again helped and went above and beyond to make sure things like her boots, skis and everything else worked well for her. At the store a great person called Niclas helped us for all the procedures. We were 4 people to rent the equipment there and we cannot be more happy and satisfied with the help of Niclas and the owner of the store. Thay have not only rented equipment for us also they have helped us to ski in grindelwald safely and comfortably. It was not only a rental service but a great experience for us.

Though the shop is small, it is very clean and staff was quick to jump to help even when some training was going on. I did not find the same in the Zermatt shop where there was also some training going on and I waited while one staff member assisted another customer. It was not until the training was over that the other staff came to help me.

Leider ist es zum zweiten Mal dazu gekommen, dass beim Abgeben der Skier ein Restbetrag offen war, der bereits bezahlt wurde. Beide Male konnten wir das Problem vor Ort lösen, dies ist aber eben doch etwas lästig, wenn man sich rechtfertigen muss. Beispiel: Im Computersystem waren für meine Tochter Juniorschuhe berechnet, sie ist allerdings erst 6 Jahre alt, hat eben nur besonders große Füße. Im Voraus bei der online-Buchung hatten wir Kids- Schuhe gebucht. Vielleicht muss da im Computerprogramm einfach etwas anders laufen. Wir kommen aber trotzdem gerne wieder!

Overall very good and I will use again. My only negative was we hired premium skis and my daughter’s group standard and the skis were the same. My skis were Head and I had to change after 2 days. No edge early morning ice but the Rossignol replacement were excellent.

The advice about ski boot fittings - and also which skis to go for - was all great. The service was excellent. We had one person who wanted to change their skis after day one - that was arranged and an exchange made without any fuss at all. We were very looked after very well by all of the team.

Grüezi Für "nicht sportliche" wie ich wünschte ich mir eine flachere Langlaufloipe. Ich stürzte leider abwärts mit schmerzhaften Folgen. Als ich auf der Heimfahrt bei Ulrichen vorbei fuhr erblickte ich eine lange, flache Loipe. Denke das ist eher etwas für mich zum weiter lernen bis ich mehr Übung habe für die Loipe bei euch auf der Riederalp. Service und Material war top!
